Program Overview

Tundra Tots and Timber Tots are programs for your toddler and preschoolers that aim to create a fun and safe environment in which to explore the outdoors and provide enriching outdoor experiences that nurture curiosity and discovery. Each week our instructors will bring together storytelling, art, and play with a new theme to inspire meaningful outdoor experiences for the whole family. Our hope is to help foster self-expression through storytelling and play and to support healthy development through community. Tots Programs will get your kids laughing, learning, and exploring all the wonders that Denali has to offer!

Throughout the summer we will navigate the banks of the river, frolic through the taiga forest, or tumble on the tundra. Topics include Sprouting Seeds, Wild About Wildflowers, Bears, Nature Creations, Bugs, For the Birds, Squirrels, Moose, Berries and more!

Please Note: Tots Programs strive to be an ALL Outdoor Program. Please come dressed for the weather and prepared to explore!
